RESUMO
We prove that balls are the unique minimisers of the Bogovskii constant among bounded connected Lipschitz domains in $\mathbb{R}^n$, $n\geq 2$, resolving Open Problem 2 of Gazzola, Grunau and Sperone ( arXiv:2608.25861 ).
